30-day return policy, free returns

All items ordered from seller OTTO and other sellers can be returned within 30 days from receipt of the goods in the OTO marketplace, and during this period, they can be returned free of charge to the respective seller.  

Please note:

• Goods must be returned in complete, unused, and undamaged condition.

• Shipments as well as particularly heavy or large packages (weighing over 25 kg or with the longest side exceeding 120 cm) cannot be dropped off at OTTO stores. Please arrange a pickup date for these items.
